Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior called upon police leaders to keep pace with the latest developments aimed at improving police and security work, and to implement international best practices in providing excellent services to the public.
While chairing the periodic meeting of the Police Leaders’ Council on Monday at Al Ittihad Hall at the Ministry of Interior; H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed discussed a number of topics pertaining to the development of police and security work, in accordance with the future vision of the Ministry of Interior and the Federal Government. H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed also reviewed the efforts exerted to achieve the strategic objectives; mechanisms for implementation of police operations, as well as the best practices applied at the different police general headquarters and directorates general.
The meeting was attended by Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior; HE Lt. General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of the Dubai Police and General Security; Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; in addition to police commanders on the UAE level and a number of senior officers at the MoI.
